Yes! We ship to virtually every country in the world. The shipping is always free!
We will start packing and shipping the boxes at the end of each month. You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking code once your box has been shipped.
If you subscribe in February the first box you will receive will be the February Japan Candy Box, and if you subscribe in March you will receive the March Japan Candy Box and so on.
After your box has been shipped the delivery time is usually around 2 weeks to most countries (Canada, UK, Germany, Central America and South America might take a bit longer). You can track the shipment using the tracking number sent to you by email.
After your box has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message and a tracking number by email. You can use that number to check where your box is located. Please see this page for more information about tracking your box.
Some sweets and snacks included in the box arrive to us in sets, and usually each set includes a series of the item with slightly different packaging and flavors. Therefore you might receive an item in your box that may be a bit different from the ones pictured on our website.
You can cancel your subscription easily any time by either logging into your Japan Candy Box account. Please note that if you have already paid for the next Japan Candy Box and it has been assigned a tracking code, we cannot provide a refund. Also, the 3, 6 and 12 month plans cannot be cancelled or refunded after the first box has been shipped.
