Do you ship to my country?

Yes! We ship to virtually every country in the world. The shipping is always free and includes a tracking code!

When will the next Japan Candy Box be sent?

We always try to ship your first box immediately after the order is placed. All subsequent boxes will be shipped at the end of each month.

I just subscribed, which Japan Candy Box will I receive?

If you subscribe in February the first box you will receive will be the March Japan Candy Box, and if you subscribe in March you will receive the April Japan Candy Box and so on.

When will I get my Japan Candy Box?

The boxes usually arrive within 1-4 weeks after shipping depending on your location. Please see this page for more information about tracking your box and delivery times.

How can I track my Japan Candy Box?

After your box has been shipped, you will receive an email that includes a tracking code. You can use that code to check where your box is located. Please see this page for more information about tracking your box.

My snacks are slightly different from the pictures?

Some sweets and snacks included in the box arrive in sets, and usually, each set includes a series of the item with slightly different packaging and flavors. Therefore you might receive an item in your box that is a bit different from the ones pictured on our website.

Are the snacks gluten-free or suitable for vegans?

Unfortunately, the Japanese manufacturers do not usually specify if the snacks are gluten-free or suitable for vegans. We also cannot guarantee that they do not include any animal-based products.

When will I get charged for the next box?
Your account is charged each month the same day that you first subscribed.
How can I get only 1 box?

To get only one box, you can choose the 1-month plan and then cancel it after your first box has been shipped.

Which currency am I charged in?

The prices on our website are in US Dollars. If you are not in the U.S. the order amount will be converted to your credit card's local currency by PayPal or by your credit card provider.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription easily anytime by logging into your account. Please note that if you have already paid for the next box and it has been assigned a tracking code, we cannot provide a refund. Also, the 6-month and 12-month plans cannot be canceled or refunded after the first box has been shipped.
